I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IKEA (Netanya)
Interview
The interview at IKEA felt welcoming and well organized. The recruiter focused on values, teamwork, and real-life scenarios rather than pressure questions. The atmosphere was friendly and practical, reflecting IKEA’s culture of simplicity, collaboration, and people-centered thinking throughout the conversation.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at IKEA (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Liked the organization of the open house but didn't like the actual process to apply. Once at the interview I was told the Picker position was not available but Merchandising was open with 22-30 hrs with benefits. This was not what position I was offered. Disappointing.
