INSPYR Solutions interview questions

Great interview, they asked a lot of questions surrounding personality and previous experience. They really care about company culture so keep that in mind. Not many technical questions but definitely be prepared for a couple.

Was contacted via recruiter on LinkedIn in regards to a contract to permanent electrical engineering role at Auscom through INSPYR. Had an initial phone conversation and sent them over my resume and filled out a basic questionnaire. I followed up about two weeks later, and was informed that the Auscom had changed the position requirements to an Engineer II, so I was no longer eligible for it, but I would hear back if anything new came up. I never did. A little over a month later, I noticed a new posting for the same Engineer I position posted on LinkedIn and followed up with the recruiter again. They confirmed it was also for Auscom and they would get me with the hiring manager, but also to resubmit my questionnaire that I already completed. I did, and never heard back again to date. The lack of communication and fact that they just take your information and vanish is extremely concerning. I will not be pursuing any further opportunities through this organization.
