There are several rounds. if the basic criteria of cgpa, class 10 and 12 marks are met, the candidate is eligible to sit for the first round which is an aptitude test. After shortlisting, the first round of interviews consists of basic questions like why ion, conflicts you faced, and two puzzles were asked. The puzzles asked me were the ends of two ropes burning and red-blue tablets. The second round is a case study roun. They gave data and asked for a suitable place to launch the new product. They are not looking for an exact answer but rather your way of thinking and justifications given. Clearing this round makes the candidate eligible for ION Day held at Noida. There the candidates meet the country head who asked basic HR questions and questions based on your projects. A GD is also kept.

The interview was a good experience. It started off with self introduction, and asking questions about my hobbies and my passions. After that they went on to my resume and asked questions regarding how i felt i fit into the role and would contribute in that role. After that they asked basic questions on core subjects like OS and Computer Networks and some puzzles. I then asked some questions and the interview concluded.
