I submitted my resume, then did a recorded video interview with 3 different questions, then had two 30-minute video interviews back to back. I received an email for the two 30-minute interviews the day before they started interviewing asking for my availability. I replied to the email and got an email the next morning (which was the first of the three days they were conducting interviews) saying that I needed to send it to a different email. I did so that hour and received an email that scheduled an interview in 2 hours. The turnaround was insanely quick and they definitely did not give me a ton of heads up warning. The first interviewer was great - worked in R&D and leadership the development. The second interviewer was an executive assistant who had been promoted to recruiting. She kept cutting me off and rushing my answers. They asked pretty basic behavioral questions, nothing too tricky. One of the questions for the recorded video interview was name one process that could be digitalized at your school.
