ION Group Rotational Analyst interview questions

Cognitive assessment followed by brief 40 minute fit screen. Spoke to two senior partners, went through CV and discussed motivation. Prepare to talk about the ION values. Didn't hear for about a month, then was invited to an assessment day. In addition to presenting the value proposition of one of their products to a client, I had four 20 minute interviews with senior and junior staff. Questions were almost entirely CV and fit based. They are looking for a wide range of skills and backgrounds, so just be honest and articulate. I heard back about a month later.

I submitted my resume through my school's employment portal. About a few weeks later you were invited to take a test, which is sort of akin to SAT reading and math. I received an invite for an interview with people from ION via my school's campus recruiting office. There were two interviews with two different managers. Then they told me they would get back to me for the final round. Then COVID-19 hit and ION suspended recruiting.
