They come to college campus for the first stage, That is the aptitude test which is followed by a coding round. You have to do 2 moderate coding questions in 1 hour. Only 20-25 people clear first round.
After this, they shortlist you for F2F interview which basically tests your problem solving skills. The interviewer gives you Quant problems and puzzles to and select you on its basis. If you are an honest person with good problem solving skills, you'll clear this easily.
Then they Invite you to their company office, also called ION day. It is basically a very fun day you'll be provided with meals and refreshments throughout the day. Here they have 2 team tasks that basically check your team work abilities. Next is the Technical Interview, Just be through with your resume and have deep understanding of basics, like OOPS, DS, OS, DBMS etc. Just be honest with your panel.
If you clear this then you have a HR round where they ask you normal HR questions and check whether you're compatible for the company or not. If you clear this, then you have the final F2F with country head, who also checks your personality and compatibilty.
