ION Group Technical Leadership Development Program interview questions

Online Coding assessment with LC medium and easys, then 2 45 minute behavioural interviews, then final super day where I interviewed the Chief Product Officer, a Tech Consultant, and Chief Revenue Officer, and had a case presentation to prepare and present. The interview process was pretty easy and smooth but after I received an offer I got ghosted for a month, still haven't received the offer details and have just been left in the dark. They said my offer is pending approval from the CEO but someone from India still called me to tell me I got the job, really odd. I ended up getting a job at Amazon so don't really need this anyway.
