Overall was the experience was good and enriching while making the person to be interviewed comfortable enough to answer their questions with ease and calm! It was mostly around my introduction and on Job description, studies followed by questions on Clinical Research.

Interview
I applied through online process. It took 2 weeks to get a call from HR confirming basic details like where I belong from,acaedemics etc.
Then after few days second round that is apptitude test took place via a web platform.
After 3-4 days video call for interview took place.Questions were simple like basics about clinical research.
I got an offer call within 10-15 days.
Since I was a fresher I havent had any experience about the interview process but keep patience and don't lose hope . Just stick to your core subjects and keep an open mind to answer .Be confident about your subject knowledge .
