I completed the first stage of the interview process, which consisted of three online assessments: english comprehension test, deductive reasoning test, and calculation test. The testing phase felt unnecessarily tedious, and I questioned the relevance of some assessments to the day-to-day responsibilities of the position.

Question 1
The deductive reasoning test was the most memorable part—not for good reasons. It felt unnecessarily complicated and didn't seem aligned with what a Medical Scientist Associate would actually need to do in the role. It made me question whether the screening process truly evaluates relevant skills or just creates barriers.
