First screening interview with HR based in Bratislava: poor English and telephone connection,standard questions to understand suitability for the role. Interviewer had minimal overview about the role when asked for details such as traveling, provided false information as well (e.g. duration of training)
Phycometric tests: verbal and diagrammatical reasoning as well as a personality test. Access was granted with 1 week delay than what initially communicated, deadline for completion was shortened to 1 day compared to the 5 initially communicated.
Assessment center: took place with 2 or 4 days notice. Included 1 presentation, 1 group exercise and a behavioral interview.
Feedback: promised within a week, had to chase HR for two weeks with them providing vague (and sometimes untrue) answer about having heard nothing about anyone (some other candidates had however received feedback) before finally receiving a negative decision.
