Interview
Had to take a test with live human resources representatives acting as the taxpayers calling on the phone with difficult questions and you had to navigate a system that you had never used to find the answer.

I don't remember the interview process being difficult over the phone at all. I was just surprised because the hours were from 4 pm to 1 am. Guess I failed to pay attention to that part of the application process.
