Multiple interviews , very standard questions and usually fast feedback. Have a resume available to supplement application. References can increase your chance of success. Have detailed example of incoming call experience including research and multiple steps tasks to be performed.

I want to express my concern with LB&I recruiting process that I participated in January, 2024. I believe there are significant shortcomings in the recruiting process that need to be addressed. First, lack of panel interview. A single individual determine the result may not provide a fair and comprehensive assessment of a candidate’s qualifications. Second, lack of transparency in decision-making. Despite my qualifications meeting the required standards and successfully answering all the technical questions, I was turned down for further consideration. I am the expert in the accounting & auditing field, a CPA, and author of several accounting books. I don’t understand the recruiting logic here. I trust the LB&I division is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and fairness in its recruitment practice. I strongly urge the LB&I recruiting team to consider implementing panel interview in the future.
