ISN Software interview questions

First, I applied through Handshake and got seleted for the first round of interviews which is a quick on-campus screening by two employees from ISN. They are very professional and very nice. Just make sure that you show up on time and dressed well (I'd recommed business professional). Two weeks later, I received an invitation for the final round interviews which is an In house Interview at ISN headquarters in Dallas. This in house interviews last two days: the first day is basically getting to know more about the company, get a tour of the office, meet current employees and ask questions to find out if you will be a good fit. The second day is where things get more serious because you will have to deliver a 2 minute presentation and go through 7 fast paced interviews with 7 different people. Just relax and be natural, they are all very nice and just want to get to know you more. I recieved an offer 5 days after the final interview and accepted it immediately. This is great company that takes good care of their employees and honestly one of the best experiences I have had so far interviewing with a company.

Overall, I was not overwhelmed by the 2-day interview process. It was systematic with a good pace between rotations of groups. The first day was set up smoothly since it was about getting to know more information about the company and ended with a networking reception. The second day was the real deal, where everyone is grouped into rotations where there is a presentation, speed interviews, team overview, and Peer Q & A.
