I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ITW (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was really looking forward to working with the company. After 3 phone interviews (including the director) I was not selected. From there the recruiter was very rude and didn't even read my follow up email looking for feedback and asking if I should reach out to her if I see another position. She emailed me with someones Skype information and thought I was a different person. When I advised the email was not meant for me. I was only thanked and no mention about my email.
It may sound like I am bitter but I am very sad to see the recruiters treat people like this. Solely, based on this my perception of the company is diminished.
