I applied online. I interviewed at IXL Learning in Apr 2021
Interview
Had to come up with answers to math questions after a phone interview. Then was emailed that I didn’t get the position. The questions I had to answer were more like explaining math questions to a student and ranged from 4th grade to precalculus.

Question 1
How can you use your experience as a teacher to benefit the company?
I have a feeling this company asks for your work and then uses it without offering an actual interview. I had a pre-interview and was asked to submit a lesson plan design. After doing so, I got a "Dear Jane" email that said they were no longer looking to fill the position. I am not the only person this has happened to.
