Applied via university's career portal. Was sent a test on HackerRank a few days later. The test was 90 minutes but not particularly hard, basic algorithm stuff. I answered with optimal solutions (to the best of my knowledge) in about half the time. I heard back a few days later telling me they weren't moving forward with my application. It seems as though they send the test before reading your resume. Overall a waste of time, disrespect by the employers.
