I will start off by saying that everyone I met while going through the interview process at IXL was nice and friendly yet amateur and disorganized. Each time an interview was set up, be it on the phone or in person, I was never told whom I would be meeting with or how long the interview will take. How does one prepare when they aren't given all of the information especially for an onsite interview? When I dug a little deeper I realized there was a lot of turn over within the team, which was a red flag. Also, the salary for this role was extremely low for what is considered the norm in the Valley.
