It has probably changed a lot since I applied. My application process began in person test that included cross questions , written questions, listening and answering questions from a sound clip, and reading a text in other languages and answer questions from that text. After that I was called into an interview where I was interviewed by 3 people that asked questions and I needed to read out loud one of the speeches that are had on board in danish (but pretty sure that part of the process is no longer done). After that Interview I got the call that they wanted to hire me and the training process began.
