Interview
Had an initial phone interview with HR that was pretty brief.
A few days later there was a phone interview with the manager of the department that included some technical questions and a role play of a customer service situation.
Lastly, there was a half day interview at the company that included 30 minute interviews with the head of the department, managers, and one person currently in the role.
A week later I received a call from the HR person thanking me for my time but that they chose another candidate for the position.
Overall, it was a pretty thorough process. They were good at explaining the role and asking questions very focused on the job in particular.

Question 1
How would you go about solving a customer's problem?
Alle beteiligten haben sich ausführlich vorgestellt, im Anschluss durfte ich mich selbst vorstellen. Fachliche Fragen, Fragen zur aktuellen Position, Fragen wie man sich den Arbeitsalltag vorstellt. Wie würde man mit anspruchsvollen Kunden umgehen und stressige Situationen bewältigen.

Interview
The process included interviews with HR and two panels featuring team members. Each panel consisted of four interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, totaling eight interviews across the panels. One week after the last panel, I received an offer from HR.
The interview process was smooth. All interviewers were nice and kind. It took only two weeks between the first interview and the offer. The last round was a 2h process with 4 blocks of 30 min with different interviewers.
