Interview
There are 2 panels interview me and mostly ask about my previous working experience and background. The interview take 1 hour, the process is smooth and the panels are quite friendly.They keep try to dig more about my skill set but dint critic on my faults or improper answer.
May be my qualification is not up to their expectation thus i'm not the right candidate they looking for. However they dint show that in the interview session.
They did list few similar field company and ask why i choose them among other.

HR reached out via email to set up a manger screening interview. The Hiring Manager asked for experience level along with a couple of STAR questions. After the screening, an interview with HR will happen. The final round will be a Panel interview to meet with the team.

Applied online. Received an email a few days later asking to do a virtual interview. You get 1 minute to think of an answer and you have 3 minutes to answer. No human interaction. Basic behavioral questions. Practice before hand, speak up, look into the camera. Brush up on your qualifications and resume beforehand.
