The hiring process was well organized and all the interviewers seemed well prepared and engaged. There were a mix of potential peers and staff included in the interview as well as the hiring manager.

Interview
The response after applying was fast, but the video interview was not what I expected. A recorded video is cold and does not reflect how I am in person. I prefer a phone interview. Video interviews may scare away good candidates.
