Started with a phone screen to determine expectations. Then, there was a one-way video interview, where I was asked a series of questions (about 10 of them) and my answers were recorded. You only get one opportunity, so make it count. While some have said they were intimidated by this video interview, consider for a moment that you get 1 minute 30 seconds to think of an answer before the video starts recording. That's something you don't usually get, so this is very beneficial for the candidate. After passing the video interview, I had a panel interview with the hiring manager, another person, two potential co-workers, then a fifth person I would have been working alongside. All in all, it was very conversational style - not interrogative. The potential co-workers even allowed me to select a behavior interview question to answer from a larger list. This was really helpful as I have more refined answers than others. Finally, there was a short written skills test, which involved editing a few pages of documentation (one of the best writing tests that I've ever taken). In conclusion, although I didn't get this position, the interview process was really pleasant and a good indicator of the corporate culture.
