I interviewed through a video chat with no one on the other end. It was a very strange process because you didn't get any personal feedback to work off of, but they gave you plenty of time to think about the questions asked.
Simple process with video interviews. Phone call with very basic questions. Would recommend this process for first time hires. Try it out if you are interested in the field notes above

Interview
It was a video interview with 3 people. It involved a set of both technical and competency based questions, and then I was asked about CV and was asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation beforehand which I had present to presentation during the interview call.
