Interview
Applied online, received phone interview about a month later. Took another month to get interview scheduled. Some questions about previous experience, a lot of hypothetical questions that served as analogues for how you think and how you mesh with their culture. Overall a really pleasant process and the hiring manager was very nice, but they didn't move forward mostly due to my lack of experience.

Interview
Started with an intro call with the manager and one other person on the team. I was given a scientific paper and a week to prepare a presentation. Prompts were provided. After that I met with 5 other people on the team and was given an offer for a 6 month contract with intention of getting FTE status when the contract ends.
