Interview
Initial phone interview with hiring manager followed by a secondary interview with in-house recruiter, and finally an on-site interview with 4 supervisors. First interview was a mix of technical and workplace culture questions while the second interview was specifically to discuss salary and compensation package to make sure it was in line with expectations. On site interview was blend of technical questions, personal questions, and customer service role-play questions.

Question 1
Walk me through how you would troubleshoot XXXX process. For me, they asked first western analysis and then flow cytometry.
Alle beteiligten haben sich ausführlich vorgestellt, im Anschluss durfte ich mich selbst vorstellen. Fachliche Fragen, Fragen zur aktuellen Position, Fragen wie man sich den Arbeitsalltag vorstellt. Wie würde man mit anspruchsvollen Kunden umgehen und stressige Situationen bewältigen.

Interview
The process included interviews with HR and two panels featuring team members. Each panel consisted of four interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, totaling eight interviews across the panels. One week after the last panel, I received an offer from HR.
The interview process was smooth. All interviewers were nice and kind. It took only two weeks between the first interview and the offer. The last round was a 2h process with 4 blocks of 30 min with different interviewers.
