Did and online recorded interview, then they decided to move forward with a interview with a supervisor (and someone in the academic advising department) . Throughout the interview process they asked to educate myself on all 4 of their online courses. Prior to the video interview with the supervisor, they provided 3 mock transcripts to complete graduation plans for and discuss which student would fit in which school they had. The mock transcripts are pretty average in an interview in an academic advising position. The difficulty came in when you had to memorize the difference between their online schools and discuss which student you would fit where in their online schools. They told me it is difficult to have your child home with you while doing this job which is understandable but also laughable considering they don't even pay a wage that would allow daycare to even be an option. I had to try my best to keep from laughing when they said they only paid $19 p/h for what they expected. After the first video face to face interview, I got an email asking to meet their AP for one of their schools. I replied and got my email returned to me .I tried to reach out again and no answer, Finally, after this two-month process, I finally got an email saying they went with someone else. I guess it was nice they sent an email letting me know eventually but I had already been working for someone else for a month. Overall, frustrating and negative experience.
