We are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with the phone interview process and that it did not meet your expectations. We understand phone screens can be challenging and it can be hard to understand the other individual at times. We very much appreciate your review and the candid feedback you have given us. We try and balance phone screening with in-person interviews as to move candidates through the process most effectively. Our goal at Imprivata is to keep our interview candidates informed and in the loop of the interview process. We apologize that this was not done and can ensure we will work to ensure this is done more promptly in the future.
