Initial non-technical phone conversation with an HR staff member, followed by a technical phone call with the Engineering Manager of the PatientSecure team.
Next, I was given a set of do-at-home coding challenge questions to complete within ~4 days. However, I wasn't completely clear on what two of the four questions were looking for, so I wrote back asking for clarification. For two days I received no reply to my email, so I finally decided to submit what I believed was the correct answer. Four days after I submitted the completed test, I received an apology from a HR staff member -- different from the person I'd first spoken with during the initial phone conversation -- who apologized and said they forgot to forward a reply from the Engineering Manager about my coding challenge questions. No big deal: I updated my tech test and resubmitted my answers.
From that point forward, I received no reply. I emailed the HR staff member who forgot to forward the coding challenge questions to me, as well as the HR staffer I had initially spoken to that promised to investigate what was going on, to ask if the Engineering Manager had reviewed my coding challenge answers yet.
