I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Modesto, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
There was about 50+ people early in the morning in line for an interview. When we got inside, they told us it was going to be a group interview, panel style. It took longer than I expected, since the interviewers had to get through so many people, but they kept us comfortable, providing drinks for anyone who got thirsty.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

They asked me how could I make a great impact there.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
