I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Garden Grove, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Typical interview, you can expect to attend anything from 1-3 interviews, I was lucky enough to get the job on the spot! There was +10 co-workers who I also went to school with (I was the first!), and we were all friends at school, some got hired on the third interview. Once you get hired it takes 2-3 weeks til you begin your first day cause you have to wait for special shoes that are slip-resistant, and a name-tag. Once those are both in, your golden!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The hardest most question was also the most basic question.. "Tell me about yourself"
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
