The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in Jan 2016
Interview
It's a 3 interview process, first one is a group interview, the second is with a manger, the last is with the store manager. They ask pretty straightforward interview questions. Sometimes they will make you wait, not on purpose, but they get VERY busy and just can't leave sometimes for 30-45 minutes. You can wait for a good 45 minutes before you actually start your interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
