Super easy interview. Just smile a lot, be friendly, and talk about how much you like In n Out. Have a positive attitude and work hard. If interested in management talk about it, and why.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in Jun 2008
Interview
I went to a job fair and talked to a recruiter. Filled out an application and turned it into the store, though now, you can apply online. The head manager called me, and asked me to come in for an interview. A day later, I got the job!

Question 1
All the questions were pretty easy, but if I had to choose one, I guess I'd say it was: why do you want to work at In-N-Out?
I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Livermore, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Basically a normal conversation and asking the kind of person that you are. More geared to see if you’re a good fit for the fast pace environment or if you’re a good people person.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Glendale, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I went up against 50 other people. I'M NOT KIDDING! And that was the first round. They brought in a specialist that interviewed us in groups of 5-6 and the top 2 made it. I'm gonna be honest with everyone, they want an In-n-Out smile. If your not smiling during your interview your chances go down. They also are looking for people to personify that in-n-out culture. If you've been to an in-n-out you know what I mean. Then it was just me & 8 other people. After that I talked to an assistant manager who then got approval by the store manager. In total 2-3 rounds.
