I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
Didn’t get to the interview process got told i was automatically disqualified because i had small tattoos on my inner forearm. The reasoning was because they were the same uniforms every day and they can’t wear long sleeves, tattoo sleeves or makeup to cover them up. Not sure why it’s an issue as my current job has short sleeve uniforms and our tattoos aren’t a problem. It was a group interview, the lady was nice and straightforward but I feel this company is losing potentially good employees because of tattoos.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
