Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Fremont, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
I had an interview with the manager and was not a difficult interview. In-N-Out prides themselves with great customer service, so being friendly and having a big smile throughout the interview is a must. I was asked basic questions about my background and experience, but was not probed much further.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked how I would handle a situation with an unsatisfied customer who was getting frustrated with the quality of the food and/or quality of service.
They sit you down and talk about you and see if you would be a good person to fit the role. They are looking for a very outgoing individual so make sure that if you are being interviewed that you like people and get ready to be on your feet!
I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was at the in n out I applied to and it was quick and simple. Be prepared to answer many general customer service related questions. They usually like an open availability.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
The interview was rather informal. There was no contact prior to meeting, I simply brought my resume and 20 minutes later was in the interview. The questions were half business related and half personal life questions as if they wanted me to fit into their entire atmosphere.
