I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Van Nuys, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
2 interviews with store manager that were fairly simple and also got a interview with a level 4 manager who didn’t seem to know what was going on. you can come in pretty casual because they don’t dress up either and if you are in a full on suit you’ll stand out.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself, what would you do with conflicts... typical interview questions that we’re really easy to answer. they also ask about how many hours you can work and how long you plan on staying there. make sure you emphasize something about you loving the company and planning on working there for sometime
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
