in n out will interview you either inside or outside the store. pretty simple interview you might have 2 or three interview but the main thing they look for is if you smile regularly

Wait for an email or in my case, follow up with application in person and got an Interview on the spot. Semiformal interview with the hiring manager in the outside dining area.
I spoke with the store manager as well as one of the cooks. It was very laid back and they really seemed to care about me as a person. Their pay is fantastic and they treat their employees well.

Interview
Very easy. It lasted about 20 minutes and I was offered the job. The manager that interviewed me was very nice and polite. He basically just wanted to know if I was competent. Company culture was awesome! Loved working there. Go store 362!
