I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in Mar 2015
Interview
I submitted an application online, and I got an email a couple days later inviting me to their interview event in my city. It was a group of 25 people, and they interviewed 5 people at a time. They said they were looking to hire 5 more people. I was very scared but I eventually made it to the individual interviews which was basically them asking about hours and avalibility, as well as visible tattoos.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Carson City, NV) in Jun 2022
Interview
It was easy. They want to get to know you and seems like just a normal conversation. They ask if you have had an previous work and ask what yo I would do in certain situations. They finally end off with availability.

Interview
I was called in for two interviews. The interview clothes I wore were business casual. They were super friendly and nice. Asked where I saw myself in 5 years. What my goals were. What three words described me and what I could bring to the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online, and soon got an email back with a date and time for an interview. I was 16 at the time and was a tad bit intimidated. There was about 40 other people there at the time, and there were 3 rounds of questions that everyone had to answer. One question that I remember answering had to do with sharing an example of personal integrity. Around 10 people were eliminated each round, and I got a call back the next afternoon saying I got the job! Super easy process if you are organized and on top of things :)
