I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Glendale, AZ) in Apr 2014
Interview
Hiring process was simple because my sister worked there so i just talked to the store manager and he told me to apply online then come in the next day ASKING for the manager and tell them you applied to this store. If they are interested, they tell you to come back. So when you come back you may have another interview. They say they will call you but most likely will not so you have to make that approach like you want that job and constantly come to the store. It showed my manager especially that you are determined to get the job.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
