Interview
My manager and I connected immediately which made the interview very enjoyable. What initially felt scary, turned into a productive and engaging conversation that made me want to be a part of the In-N-Out family.
It was nice, the interviewer was very happy, and the questions weren't too hard. After a bit, it just became like a normal conversation about our interests. For my first interview, it wasn't bad at all!

Difficult questions but the managers really do care about the people they hire. Be honest and hard working and you'll do great! They will also work with your schedule if you're a student
Great easy friendly i really enjoyed the process great benefits nice staff work with you if you need them to. I highly recommend for high school students you’ll love it to if you are looking for a place
