The 1st round was to introduce myself to HR and HR briefly introduced the company and the position to me, then HR asked some questions to me. In the end, she told me that I passed the 1 round and then assigned me tasks which was due one week later. Several days after I submitted my assignment, HR told me I was invited to the 2nd round interview. Two senior staffs interviewed me online. They asked me some questions in-depth about my experience and education then two questions further regarding my response to the assignment, which was really challenging to me. Three weeks later, I was invited to the 3rd round interview online (should be on-site due to COVID-19). The director in the local office talked with me in a desirable atmosphere, no challenge questions. Several days later, HR asked me for three references and later gave me the offer. It was a long process but also gave me a chance to get to know more about the company and the position so I accepted the offer immediately.
