It about 2 weeks in total, starting with a screening, then an interview with my potential (now current) manager, and ending in a panel interview that included someone who is in the role I was interviewing for, which I thought was a nice way to get some day-to-day perspective on the role. The panel interviews were back-to-back instead of all at once, which was less overwhelming than getting interviewed by multiple people at once.
