4 interviews, then ghosted. Having read the interview reviews below, it would seem that the recruiting team frequently stop responding to candidates mid-way during the interview cycle or else abruptly end the process without providing any feedback, so consider if that risk outweighs the time you'll invest in the process before applying. Stage 1: Personality test Stage 2: Recruiter screening - walkthrough CV and experience Stage 3: Hiring manager interview - similar to recruiter screening and asked specific questions about the design process Stage 4:Technical interview - review of implementation experience and front end engineering knowledge (e.g. how would you explain the differences between HTML, CSS & Java) Stage 5: Implementation kick-off presentation with product demo I never heard back from any of team after the final interview and the recruiter did not respond to my follow up email.
