I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InVision in Jan 2018
Interview
I submitted an application through their website and was immediately contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule a time for a 30 minute intro call over calendly. I booked a time about a week and a half out. The call was good - the recruiter asked me about base salaries right away and was pretty brutal about their range and not being able to drop it lower. Nonetheless, I progressed to the next stage which was a 2 part case study. I ended up withdrawing my application after finding out more about the role, wasn't a right fit at the moment.

Interview
The interview consisted of one phone interview, the production of mock training videos, and two separate Zoom interviews. The whole process took about a month from first email invite to the offer was extended, with about a week between each step. The entire process felt more like a conversation instead of the traditional rapid file interview questions.
