InVision Senior Engineering Manager interview questions

I applied for the job on linkedin and the recruiter responded. I had an introductory call with the recruiter and later an interview with Hiring Manager, it was Behavioral along with past experience. The recruiter ghosted me and did not even get back to me inform about rejection. I really consider it a bad experience when recruiters do not care to inform the candidates, I think they should be respectful of your time.
