Incedo Developer interview questions

Java core questions. Medium to high difficulty. Code writing and explanation. Zoom interview for 25 minutes. Single person panel and only technical round. Coding question was based on recursion. The interviewer was polite and encouraging.

I applied for a Node JS backend developer profile. They took my first round on zoom and then gave AMCAT test of 4 hours to complete.I have given that test 2 times and then they took my second round over zoom. After that they told me to read the data structure. I prepared for the same and afterwards they told that we need a senior resource for the same as client requirement has been changed. Sometimes when the interview was scheduled they did not took the interview.This has happened twice. They wasted my time during the Interview process which took 2 weeks. If they do not want to hire me, then why they wasted my time for 2 weeks. Very unprofessional HR i must say. HR should be sure regarding the requirement before scheduling the interview
