Incedo came to my university for Campus Placements. First there is a online test consisting of Aptitude questions and Technical section. Then students are shortlisted for Interviews. We had one technical and then one managerial round.

Question 1
In the first round, my interviewer was so cool, he asked me basic concepts from oops mostly. Even if I failed to answer 1 or 2 he didn't care, he just said me the answer and explained so that I can understand(most interviews won't say). I was able to do well and as the interviewer is friendly I was able to discuss non technical stuff after the interview just like talking to a friend. Then I got shortlisted for second round, even this is a managerial round it is completely technical for me. I felt this round was bit hard maybe she was not cool like him, she asked some questions that test how well do you know the subject in depth, and when I say depth it is really deep which no one could probably remember. So I failed to answer few questions (2-4) but however I was able to get selected.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Incedo (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2025
Interview
Round 1: Online assessment
It consisted of aptitude, coding and CS fundamentals questions.
Round 2: Technical Interview
I was asked some basic SQL questions like how to create tables and sql vs nosql and basic joins, then some basic DSA questions like working of stack and maps, find occurrences of all characters in a string and resume based questions mostly from my projects.
Round 3: HR Interview
General hr questions like strengths, weaknesses, why do u want to join incedo and where do u see urself in 5 years.
