Incedo interview questions

An online test, followed by 2 rounds of technical face to face discussion. Clearing which you will be allowed to attend the management round. Technical rounds will be based on your areas of interest and scenarios will be given for which you need to find a solution. Management rounds will be based on your project works and a normal discussion about yourself. A day long interview process which gave me a positive result in the end :)

Worst,Pathetic,Humiliating Experience, Don't go for interviews here. If you are still interested and waste your time and money to reach there office and go through extreme miss management and fuss you're most welcome. For freshers they call around 150-200 people after giving the exam through first naukri. What they really have is 2-3 positions only(Java,Python,.Net all together) The experience goes like this : 1.Applied through FirstNaukri . 2.Written test consisting of various technical question on C language,Linux,Scripting,OS etc. 3.Cleared the exam got a call from HR- RASHMI(with no values,no professionalism,rude,no sense). She told me that she will forward the call letter, i have cleared the exam. 4.I did not receive the call letter till Friday and the F2F was on Saturday.Called the HR- RASHMI, she picked the phone and i gave her my details she was clueless. I explained her that i got a call from you that i cleared the exam,she denied everything and said we do not have your record. Okay cool... I thought that is it and was not going to appear for F2F as the call letter was not there. 5.Now in midnight Friday they send call-letter to you for Saturday morning F2F in gurgaon, what a joke just see how immature there process is.Again confused about this tried to call the HR Saturday morning no response.Then she picked after some tries by this time have started travelling towards gurgaon for F2F. 6.This lady now asks for my details and saying me that i already told you that your details are not there. I have told her that i got the call letter, she said we have sent it to all the people. I mean how dumb these companies could be? How on the earth am i supposed to know if i have to go for F2F or not? she first confirmed I cleared now saying she informed which she she did not , it was me who called and then she said details are not there. But again there crooked system sent email invite what am i supposed to do? 7.Enough fuss, went ahead and went to office had a bit of argument with the brainless HR and she was still on the same point that there are so many candidate we cannot track everything this and that. I mean what a lame excuse? She then asked me to wait. THEY GIVE YOU SLOT but that is just waste, no schedule of interviews based on slot. 8.Kept waiting for 2-3 hours and one more surprise , they announced JAVA positions are over and they won't take any more interviews if someone interested can go for Phython,.Net , i was shocked to hear that. Are we in some LALA land? no respect to time and people? there were many people traveled for 4 hours to appear for F2F. 9.Also HR sent so many guys back,saying they have not cleared the test when they reached the Venue :) but they all got calls and interview call letter invite and no one bothered to inform them otherwise yet these HR and their team expect people would understand their blunders. 10. GIRL CANDIDATE requested them that we are waiting from 3 hours, can you please schedule our interview we came from far away places and it would be dark and late to go back. All requests on deaf ears . DO NOT GO FOR INTERVIEW IF YOU ARE A GIRL. This was the great experience had with Incedo, hope can save someone's time and money by not going there. Especially the HR Rashmi is totally clueless and behave like a ignorant person. Hope someone from Senior management takes a look and give her a lesson to understand her roles and responsibilities.
