Incedo Sr Software Engineer interview questions

-1st Round was Technical Round: System-level architectural questions and DA-related questions were asked. Screen shared and coding was also seen by interview. The interview went well. But no response from the hiring person even after many days. -After a huge gap in-between got a call for 2nd round. The interviewer itself was not available for round, so that was cancelled. After that also no response from the hiring person for many days. -After contacting several times, got rescheduled for 2nd interview. -2nd round of interview: The interview was a managerial round. Went well again. -Waited for weeks to just get back a response. I filtered out already so many opportunities just for this company. But found out that it was just a waste of time. :( They could have given Rejected/ On-hold/ Selected status. but literally no response from the hiring person.
