Incedo Technical Lead interview questions

There were three rounds overall 2 Technical and 1 Higher Management. The interview was good however they keep rescheduling it multiple times. Clearly mentioned the salary expectations beforehand and the company agreed. After all the 3 rounds of interview and one HR discussion they said yes to release the offer letter but later on denied saying they are out of budget. Be completely sure thay they will be giving what you expect else it will be a complete time waste.
