Incyte Rather Not Say interview questions

The initial interview was with a Recruiter followed by 2 additional interviews with the hiring managers. The decision came down to myself and two other people. There was zero feedback or reasons given for why I wasn't chosen. Instead, I was told that it was such a close decision so they were going to open another position for this to hire more. This would take place after the end of the year. As others have mentioned on here, I was 100% ghosted. I wish I could speak to the other applicant that didn't the job to know what he or she was told. If you aren't hiring someone, cut ties with them & stop feeding them false promises. It doesn't look good for the company at all. Definitely not professional! I've lost a lot of respect for this company. They lost an opportunity to have an incredible, loyal employee!
